Welcome to my garden. It began as a form of outdoor relaxation that became a full-time obsession. A work of love that started in 1989 became a full-time career after my Garden Design degree from the Inchbald School of Design in London.

My three-acre garden, is comprised of several different types of gardens: shade, sun, conifer, perennial, bulb and shrub beds. It also includes woodland walks where native and shady plants thrive in the midst of colorful ornamental shrubs, trees and ornamental grasses.

I was able to encorporate my love of language in my gardening. All of the plant in my garden are labled with their botanical names. My hope is that others will be intrigued and enjoy learning the latin names of the plants. During my travels all over the world even if I couldn't speak Chinese or Danish, just writing the plant's name in Latin it would be understood by any serious plant person. Linneus' binomial system would be my ticket to freedom of botanical communication.

My garden is a place where my customers can experience mature plants and can kindle their imagination for all the possibilities their "baby" specimens hold. If a picture is worth a thousand words, a real plant, three-dimensional, scented, textured, colorful, changing with the light on their surface must be worth a million.
